How to adjust the size of my personalized neon sign?

Choose between small, medium and large. As a guide, Regular (38.4" × 10.0") suits desks and shelves, Medium (51.8" × 13.5") works for most walls, and Large (67.2" × 17.5") is ideal for statement spaces and events. In case you need custom name lights, or custom bar designs, you can contact us via form or our chat.

Is LED neon safe to use indoors, and does it get hot?

Yes. Personalized LED neon is safe for indoor use and stays cool to the touch even after hours of operation. It's also energy efficient, so running your sign regularly is unlikely to have a noticeable impact on your electricity bill.

What if something arrives damaged or stops working?

Every LuxNeon sign is backed by a 2-year warranty. If an issue arises, simply contact us via WhatsApp and our team will help resolve it directly.

Will my sign look exactly like the preview?

The custom neon live preview gives a near best representation of your final design. But, because LED neon emits light rather than displaying colour on a screen, the finished sign often appears richer and more vibrant in person. If you're unsure, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 2–14 days. Custom logo, drawing, and photo-based signs may take a little longer, as each design is individually reviewed and prepared before production.

Can I use my own logo or design instead of text?

Yes. Our custom neon design maker is built for text-based signs, but logos, drawings, photos, and niche designs can be sent directly to our expert design team. We'll create a custom mockup for your approval before production begins.

What's included with my order?

Your order includes your neon sign mounted on an acrylic backing, a power adapter, and mounting hardware.
