Return and Refund Policy
All of our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Returns on Custom Orders
Since each product is uniquely created, we are unable to restock or resell items. Therefore, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defects as outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:
- Notify the delivery agent at the time of delivery, and
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
Your claim must include:
- Clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect
- Images of the packaging
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Resolution for Damaged or Defective Items
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement (exchange) or refund, depending on the situation.
We only accept exchanges or provide refunds in cases of damaged or defective items reported within the specified timeframe.
Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted, which means:
- Slight variations in design, finish, or color may occur
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings
These differences are not considered defects and are a natural part of the production process.
Inspection on Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery.
Any issues related to:
- Damage
- Defects
- Missing items
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If no issue is reported within this period, the product will be considered accepted and in good condition.
