At Lux Neon Sign, all our products are custom-made to order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. The final amount paid at checkout is inclusive of shipping.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, slight delays may occur during peak periods or holidays.
4. Delivery Timelines

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
7.2 Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
7.3 Warranty & Technical Issues
All Lux Neon Sign products are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects and functional issues.
For issues reported after delivery:

Customers may be required to ship the product back for inspection

After verification, we will repair or replace the product, depending on the issue
Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery status in real time.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery may not be available for such locations.
10. Out-of-Stock Items
If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

Ship the remaining items
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured.
