How to adjust the size of my personalized neon sign?

Choose between small, medium and large. As a guide, Regular (38.4" × 10.0") suits desks and shelves, Medium (51.8" × 13.5") works for most walls, and Large (67.2" × 17.5") is ideal for statement spaces and events. Is LED neon safe to use indoors, and does it get hot?

Yes. Personalized LED neon is safe for indoor use and stays cool to the touch even after hours of operation. It's also energy efficient, so running your sign regularly is unlikely to have a noticeable impact on your electricity bill.

What if something arrives damaged or stops working?

Will my sign look exactly like the preview?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 2–14 days. Custom logo, drawing, and photo-based signs may take a little longer, as each design is individually reviewed and prepared before production.

Yes. Our custom neon design maker is built for text-based signs, but logos, drawings, photos, and niche designs can be sent directly to our expert design team. We'll create a custom mockup for your approval before production begins.
